Do I need an urgent care appointment?
No, we are a walk-in clinic, so you can walk-in during our normal business hours and be seen by a physician without a long wait. However, if you’d like to use our early check-in system, you can do so here: Early Check-In
Do you take my insurance?
We participate with most major PPO insurance plans and HMO insurance plans. We also work with the state to offer additional local coverage. You can see if you’re covered here: Health Plans
What are the out-of-pocket costs?
There is a range of costs for the office visit depending on the complexity of the medical problem. We discount all of our rates for patients without medical insurance.
Urgent Care VS. Emergency Room?
Urgent care is for medical conditions that require prompt attention, but do not pose an immediate threat to your health or life. Here is simple rule of thumb, if your medical issues(s) are life threatening, call 911, or go directly to a hospital emergency room. If not, Valley Urgent Care is nearby and available to you.
